This course provides instruction in both basic and advanced topics related to the Tracking Server software for real-time dissemination of geospatial data. Instruction is quick-paced, and oriented towards learning through hands-on exercises to be completed by the students. Topics covered include:

- Understanding High-Level Architecture
- Server Configuration

- Creating Message Definitions and Tracking Services
- Using Data Links to enable messaging protocols
- Applying actions

- Connecting to Tracking Server using Tracking Analyst
- Building a Tracking Viewer Web Application
Custom Client Development
- Using Java API to Connect to Tracking Server
- Using COM API to Connect to Tracking Server
- Customizing the Tracking Viewer Web Application
Custom Server-Side Development
- Writing custom Data Links to send and receive data using different protocols

Pre-Requisites:
